The beautiful step you have taken in your life is accepting Islam. Without Islam life become dull and dry. The Islam is the perfect religion for everyone. ALLAH will give guidance to those who are wholehearted and full with patience. Don't worry we are with you and never leave you alone. Now you are the part of the Islamic Community. Forgot the past because you are the new born baby, and follow Islam.
Good News for New Muslims In Islam
The powerful life changing moment is accepting Islam. It is only for those who have recently said the Shahadah(Faith),many questions may come into the mind of new Muslims:
- Will ALLAH forgive me?
- Do I have to know everything now?
- Am I good enough?
- Yes! ALLAH is Most Merciful. He will forgive your past after Shahadah. You are starting fresh like a new born baby.
"Islam wipes out whatever came before it"(Sahih Muslim)
This hadith means at the moment of accepting Islam all your sin is erased. You are a new born baby. Your every good deed count as double, because you are new and sincere.
Five Pillars Of Islam
- Shahadah - The Declaration of Faith:
"La ilaha illallah, Muhammad ur Rasulullah"Translation:"There is no God But ALLAH, and Muhammad is the messenger of ALLAH."
This is the first pillar of Islam, which is very important to for accepting Islam. After saying and believing this, you will become a Muslim. It's good that you have already accepted this one ___ MASHAALLAH! Now, you and your heart is connected to the one Creator, and from now your journey of faith has begun.- Salah - The Five Daily Prayers:
Definition:
Salah which is also called Salat is the daily prayer that is performed by the Muslims five times a day. To connect with ALLAH this is the direct way and it is the most important act that Muslims perform in Islam.
Why is Salah Important:
Salah is most important act in Islam. It is a command from ALLAH mentioned in the Quran about 700 times. By this act every Muslim is connected to ALLAH throughout the whole day. It keeps everyone from bad behaviour and purifies its soul. It brings discipline, peace and purpose into life.
The Five Daily Prayers Are:

Before praying Salah you must be clean. This means that you have to perform wudu, a washing ritual that includes washing and cleaning your hands, face, mouth, head and feet.
How is Salah Performed:
Each prayer includes:
- Verses from the Quran.
- Movements like bowing, prostrating (sujood), and standing.
- Asking ALLAH for guidance and mercy by saying praises.

- Starting from Fajar prayer first. Add any more if you feel comfortable.
